Hungry Dragon, the free arcade game in which you play the role of a hungry dragon that eats everything that comes its way, features a wide variety of characters that you can unlock as you level up. You start by controlling a small dragon and gradually you upgrade and unlock legendary dragons. As of today, the game includes 27 dragons, although Ubisoft releases new ones every so often. You can see the complete list below.

Hungry Dragon XS dragons

In Hungry Dragon you start by controlling Nibbler, the smallest dragon of them all. It won’t be long before you can unlock the next one, but until that happens, you’ll be playing with a size XS dragon that can’t break any barriers and will barely be able to eat the smaller prey. Hungry Dragon S dragons

Size S dragons are the first to be able to destroy barriers (though only wooden ones) and equip pets (two at the same time), as well as having an x3 multiplier for Fire Rush. Here are all the dragons of this size currently available in the game:

Hungry Dragon M dragons

Size M dragons can carry up to three equipped pets and take down bone barriers as well as wooden ones. In addition, they can eat more prey, such as small dragons or yellow spiders, and have an x4 multiplier for Fire Rush. Following is the complete list of M dragons available in the game:

Hungry Dragon L dragons

Size L dragons can equip a total of four pets, eat blue dragons and ghosts, and can knock down metal barriers. They also come with an x5 multiplier when they enter Fire Rush. These are all the L-size dragons that can be unlocked today in Hungry Dragon:

  • Dante
  • Jawfrey

Hungry Dragon XL dragons

Size XL dragons can carry the same pets as the previous size (four), but feature an x6 multiplier for Fire Rush. They can also smash ancient rocks, making them essential to reach new areas of the map. They can also eat yellow dragons, purple ghosts and small booby traps. These are the ones currently available in the game:

Size XXL dragons can also carry four pets at the same time, but their multiplier is one of the highest: x7 for Fire Rush. The barriers they can destroy don’t vary from the previous size (they can break all of them, even ancient rock), although what they can eat does: purple dragons, red ghosts and large explosive traps. Hungry Dragon Legendary (!!!) dragons

Legendary dragons, marked in the menu with a star with three exclamation points (!!!!), are the most powerful creatures in the game. Aside from being able to eat all creatures, including purple dragons, they also have their own special skills, such as freezing or launching missiles. These powers can be upgraded and expanded with new attacks and perks at levels 6, 17 and 28.
