Fortunately, there is a way to identify the numbers that call you, so if you’re waiting for an important call and you don’t want to miss it, you don’t have to waste time answering any of these inconvenient spam phone calls. It’s as easy as downloading and installing the TrueCaller app on your phone.
Truecaller – Caller ID & Block
The biggest advantage of using TrueCaller is that it tells you who’s calling before you answer the phone. Once you install the app and grant it all the permissions it needs to work, it will check every number that calls you in its database.
Thanks to this, it’ll be able to show you who’s calling and more importantly, if that number has been reported by other users as spam.
If you don’t want a phone number to call you again, you can add it to your blocked caller list. This way when they call you next time or send you a text message, Truecaller will automatically block them.
In addition to being an excellent spam detector and blocker, Truecaller can also work as a calling and messaging app, as well as back up your call history, contacts, messages, and settings to Google Drive.
